This study uses a novel technique called word cloud analysis to clarify the underlying thematic priorities and values that are ingrained in the policies that are now in place. Through close examination of the textual corpus of relevant policy papers, important themes surface that made clear the guiding principles and general objectives of governmental activities. This research identifies similarities and differences between policy goals and more general agenda for economic development through methodical examination. Word frequencies and co-occurrences are compared to provide a more detailed picture of the policy landscape, highlighting possible conflicts as well as areas of agreement. This approach facilitates the discovery of focal points for integration and synergy, directing policymakers toward the unification of divergent goals for comprehensive economic growth. Additionally, this study aims to close the knowledge gap between policymakers and practitioners by providing practical insights. Strategic recommendations are made to help ensure that policy objectives are smoothly incorporated into more comprehensive plans for economic development and industrialization. These recommendations are developed by combining the results of the word cloud analysis with qualitative evaluations. To promote synergy and coherence across several policy domains, these ideas include targeted interventions, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and institutional reforms. In the end, this study advances the conversation about successful policy integration for long-term, sustainable economic growth. Data was gathered from 311 employees employed in high-tech knowledge-intensive firms based in India and underwent analysis utilizing structural equation modelling alongside bootstrapping techniques. The results of our study indicate that emotional intelligence plays a notable role in bolstering tacit knowledge-sharing behaviors among employees, with psychological safety serving as a partial mediator in the correlation between emotional intelligence and tacit knowledge-sharing. This study explores the interplay between mindfulness, authentic leadership, and their combined impact on the productivity and resilience of financial analysts in India. Drawing on data collected from (n = 246) financial analysts across various firms in India. SPSS and structural equation modelling were used to examine the data. Quantitative analyses reveal a positive relationship between mindfulness, productivity, and resilience, at the same time the introduction of the mediating variable of authentic leadership takes the study on a different path way. Authentic leadership fully mediates the relationship between mindfulness and resilience whereas authentic leadership partially mediates between mindfulness and productivity. Mindful financial analysts achieve heightened productivity and resilience through enhanced focus, rational decision-making, and effective stress management, leading to more informed and sustainable outcomes in their analyses and strategies. The controlled manipulation of plant genomes through mutagenesis offers a promising avenue to enhance the production of these bioactive compounds. This abstract discusses the principles and applications of mutagenesis techniques, including chemical and radiation-based methods, as tools to induce genetic variations in medicinal plants. It also explores the subsequent identification and selection of high-yielding mutants, along with their stable propagation and evaluation under controlled and field conditions. Induced mutations have been successfully employed to develop enhanced versions of several therapeutic plants. This approach has the potential to substantially increase the yield of secondary metabolites, thereby addressing the growing need for these compounds. Additionally, it contributes to the sustainable cultivation of medicinal plants, reducing pressure on wild populations. However, it is vital to consider ethical, environmental, and regulatory aspects when employing these techniques to achieve the desired enhancement of secondary metabolites. The secondary metabolites responsible for plant defense mechanisms through cytotoxic activity toward microbial pathogens have proved to be useful as antimicrobial medicines in humans. One such group of secondary metabolites is alkaloids; they are nitrogenous organic heterocyclic molecules that have pharmacological effects on humans and other animals. They are used as antihypertensives, sedatives, antitumor agents, anticholinergic drugs, anesthetics, psychoactive, analgesics, antispasmodics, and antibacterials, and are also used in treating neurodegenerative disorders and mood disorders. In plants, alkaloids are present only in small quantities. Sweet, a member of the Malvaceae family, has garnered attention for its rich reservoir of bioactive compounds, particularly those with potential anti-cancer properties. Various studies have explored the medicinal potential of Malvaceae plants, revealing a diverse array of bioactive compounds like alkaloids, cardiac glycosides, saponins, tannins, phenolic acids, and mucilages. Studies indicate that extracts or compounds derived from Abutilon hirtum exhibit promising effects against various cancer types. Several species within the Abutilon genus have also been recognized for their medicinal properties, with Abutilon hirtum being particularly rich in beneficial phytochemicals. To enhance the production of these secondary metabolites, a range of biotechnological methods are employed. Plant cell suspension culture and in vitro adventitious root culture are vital techniques used to boost secondary metabolite production. These methods have been successful in various plant species, generating compounds with pharmacological, nutraceutical, and industrial significance. Elicitation techniques, including the use of abiotic and biotic elicitors, are utilized to stimulate secondary metabolite production in suspension and adventitious root cultures, thereby increasing biomass and the concentration of pharmacologically active compounds during plant growth. Additionally, the use of nanomaterials as elicitors presents a promising avenue for augmenting secondary metabolite production and bolstering plant resilience to environmental stressors, with potential benefits for human health. Moreover, the review discusses recent advancements in biotechnological approaches, such as metabolic engineering and genetic modification, to further amplify the production of bioactive molecules from Abutilon hirtum. These virtual representations of physical entities exist in silicon, continuously updating based on real-time sensor data. By simulating physical systems, digital twins can optimize behaviour and advise control strategies for their physical counterparts. For instance, they can help estimate and predict food quality, enabling stakeholders to make dynamic decisions about supply chain logistics and storage conditions to reduce spoilage and wastage. Additionally, digital twins support end-to-end visibility and traceability, enhancing supply chain management by overseeing complex moving parts and building nonlinear supply chain models. The function of digital twins (DT) in the context of industry 5.0 is thoroughly explored in academics. Industry 5.0’s digital twin models minimize operational hazards, increase productivity for human users, and lessen wear and tear on real-world equipment. This study attempts to investigate the effects of the use of virtual twins. The way businesses conduct business is changing as a result of the rapid rise in the adoption of digital twin technology. Many colleges and universities are taking advantage of conversational AI and deploying AI-powered chatbots to improve the student experience. It is possible to converse with a chatbot via text or voice using an AI-based interactive interface. Data is fed into chatbots, which are programmed to process information already given to them. They respond according to a pre-written script. By mimicking Alexa and Siri at home, conversational AI can help colleges and universities communicate with their students and prospective students in the same way. The primary aim of this chapter is to introduce the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) for AI-powered Chatbots for Transnational Higher Education to enhance the learning experience for students.
