Item THE TRIAD OF ORGANIZATIONAL SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, TACIT KNOWLEDGE SHARING, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELLING (Book Chapter)(Springer Science and Business Media Deutschland GmbH, 2025) Priyadharshini, S L; Ranchana, K; Savitha, S; Shanthini, B; Excelce, A JThe purpose of this study is to clarify the collective influence of psychological safety (PS), tacit knowledge sharing, and emotional intelligence (EI) on long-term success in organizational settings. Data was gathered from 311 employees employed in high-tech knowledge-intensive firms based in India and underwent analysis utilizing structural equation modelling alongside bootstrapping techniques. The results of our study indicate that emotional intelligence plays a notable role in bolstering tacit knowledge-sharing behaviors among employees, with psychological safety serving as a partial mediator in the correlation between emotional intelligence and tacit knowledge-sharing. These findings highlight how crucial it is to develop emotional intelligence skills and encourage the sharing of tacit knowledge.
