    It is challenging for service companies to obtain a detailed overview of their customers' end-to-end service delivery processes. Customer journey mapping helps to identify how the customer is treated during each contact and how the customer feels towards the organisation at the end of the experience. This information can then be used to aid the management for decision making. Customer journey maps give businesses a way of getting into their customers’ heads, helping them gain valuable insight and understanding regarding common customer pain points. This paper extends the view about customer journey map, Need, Components, steps to create CJM and advantages of customer journey map.

    A STUDY ON JOB SATISFACTION OF PART TIME EMPLOYEES IN COIMBATORE CITY

    Part-time work is an employment characteristic. It is defined in relation to full-time work, with reference to the number of hours worked for the type of job in a certain industry or occupation. The number of working hours in full-time jobs varies from activity to activity but also from country to country. The main objective of the study is to know the attitude of part-time workers towards their work and to identify the factors that motivate to work part-time and also to measure the employees’ level of job satisfaction. The study is conducted in Coimbatore city by using both primary data and secondary data. The primary was collected with 200 respondents by using simple random sampling technique and secondary data from journals and magazines. Simple percentage analysis is used to analyse the data. The study suggests that the quality of part-time job is more important and advertisements can be improved for the needs of part-time job and also friendly relationship should be maintained among the employer and employers of part-time job. The study concludes that most of them prefer to take up part-time jobs due to financial constraint.

    AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON WOMEN BUYING BEHAVIOR TOWARDS BRANDED LEGGINGS

    The preference of women towards fashion changes day by day. The changing social attitude of many women has changed their attitude towards fashion as they buy clothes to satisfy themselves At present leggings are most trending cloths preferred by most of women compared to other clothing. The women expectation towards their brand differs in various aspects like quality, cost, comfort, availability etc. In this modern trend, the leggings have been adorned by women as they have been much better than their earliest form. An attempt is made to know the buying behavior of women towards branded leggings The study is based on both primary data and secondary data and the primary data were collected from 150 respondents by using simple random technique. The finding indicated that every woman must consider their health aspect while using leggings.
