The more attractive an employer is perceived to be by potential employees, the stronger that particular organisation's employer brand equity. The various dimensions of employer attractiveness influence job choice decisions of final year students when applying for a job or choosing an organisation to work for. As jobs seekers' preferences are related to their personality as well, this research attempts to study the relationship between the various dimensions of employer attractiveness and the big five personality dimensions of the job seekers. Employer attractiveness was measured in terms of interest value, social value, economic value, development value and application value, through a pre-validated instrument. This empirical study ascertains the major factors influencing the attractiveness of the employer; and studies the impact of various student demographic segments on employer attractiveness. Understanding the relationship and strength of association between the student personality factors and the different dimensions of employer attractiveness help in focusing on achieving a more accurate person- organization fit right from their first employment. Service industries especially the banks are taking lot of initiatives to make the best use of e-CRM tools and techniques. This research is an attempt to identify what are the features of e-CRM which make the customers satisfied regarding the eCRM usage. A questionnaire was constructed and circulated among 250 respondents to identify their satisfaction on various features of e-CRM in banks. A model is developed and analyzed using regression analysis. The study revealed that customer satisfaction is a function of different features of e-CRM like Implementation, Security, Maintenance, Training, performance and Reliability. With a plethora of brands available in market, at comparable prices, and the perception that mobile phones are a necessity rather than a luxury, consumers consider many factors while making a purchase decision. This study is an attempt to uncover the underlying factors that influences consumers while choosing a mobile phone. In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, both primary and secondary data were explored. Major factors influencing consumer choice were identified from literature and the opinions on them were captured from the respondents using the validated questionnaire. The questionnaire was posted on various web channels. 130 respondents who completed the survey constituted the sample for the study. The result showed that quality of the product is the most important factor influencing the choice, followed by mobile phone features. Actual need triggers the need to purchase mobile phones. Touch screen and design and style are the most preferred aspects of the ‘look and feel’ of the mobile phones. Mutual funds are novel financial service which emerged in India during the year 1964. As mutual funds are professionally managed it is expected to give good return and also gives advantage of liquidity and diversification. Indian mutual fund industry has undergone a radical change and has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of products and asset under management. Right now Indian mutual industry is managing Rs. 16.5 Lakh Crore of funds. It has introduced many products such as income funds, equity funds, balanced funds, money market funds, fund of funds and many others. Out of these funds equity funds constitutes a major proportion. Equity funds are of many types such as sectoral funds, index funds, Equity Linked tax saving schemes, diversified funds etc. Out of these funds index funds is one of the recent origin which offers the primary advantage of earning the return equal to stock market. The primary objectives to discontinue were eliminating fake currency notes, inflicting losses out of black money and disrupting terror activities. Later, it tacked on: turning India into a less cash economy and enabling growth in bank credit. The barometers of Indian stock markets BSE SENSEX and NIFTY dropped down by 300 and 90 points respectively the next day of the announcement. The Nifty Realty and BSE Realty index gapped down after the day of the demonetization by 11% & 8% respectively. The Nifty Bank and BSE Bankex Index dropped by 5.3% and 5 % respectively. This paper attempts to measure the impact of demonetization on several stock sectors. Among the 19 sector indices of the Bombay Stock Exchange, 14 were selected for analysis. It takes many forms such as income funds, equity diversified funds, balanced funds, liquid funds, money market funds, Gilt funds, Equity linked tax saving schemes ( ELSS), Exchange traded funds and overseas fund of funds. Equity linked tax saving is one of the recent origin with tax saving feature under sec. 80C of Income Tax Act 1961. It also gives investor the twin-advantage of capital appreciation and tax benefits. The period of study is two years, from July 2014- June 2016. 32 open-ended ELSS mutual funds which have been operating for more than two years and performing during the period of study (i.e. July 2014- June 2016) and for which the data were available on continuous basis is taken for the study. The study has used Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen performance measure to evaluate the fund’s performance. Funds risk has been analysed using standard deviation and beta. According to study results the top 5 funds are Franklin India Tax shield-Growth, Axis Long Term Equity Fund – Growth, Escorts Tax Plan-Growth, IDBI Equity Advantage Fund - Growth Regular and Birla Sun Life Relief 96 - Growth Option. By investing in these funds investor can get annualised return ranging from 23.28 percent to 15.47 percent. The health of Indian women is inherently linked to their status in society. Indian rural women are living with lot of health issues. The government of India launched large number of Government healthcare schemes. These schemes are very useful to meet health problems in India especially in rural areas, but unfortunately all these schemes are not reached to rural areas. This study attempts to measure the level of awareness about government healthcare schemes among rural women and identifies the effective promotional medium. For this study, ten villages in Coimbatore district are selected and data was collected from 135 households through questionnaire. Nearly nine out of ten customers says that they will switch after a single bad experience. More than 50% of the organizations redirect their investments in building positive customer experience. Building positive customer experience needs to gain in-depth knowledge about customers from all customer touch points and channels across the entire organization. This paper has attempted to study the customer experience at different touch points in telecom sector like customer care, service delivery, store, network, billing, etc and their repurchase intention. Also it attempted to study about the usage pattern, preference and the relationship between customer experience dimensions and the repurchase intention among the telecom subscribers of Coimbatore district. Data were collected from the telecom subscribers of Coimbatore district using structured questionnaire and analyzed using percentage analysis, multiple response analysis, weighted average ranking analysis and correlation analysis. Results reveal that the telecom customers are mostly reluctant in sticking to one particular service and the network experience, service delivery experience and store experience were found to have highly correlated with the repurchase intention. Various touch points of telecom sector are identified and customer experience at those touch points are studied, however future researchers can identify the major touch points and conduct an in-depth study of those touch points and their impact on repurchase intention.
