dc.description.abstractThe demonetization had a great significant and immediate impact on the state of the Indian economy. In this paper, an attempt has been made to find impact of demonetization on the public. The main objective of the study is to analyse the impact of demonization. Samples of 150 respondents were randomly selected from Coimbatore District. Percentage analysis and ranking analysis is used for the study. It also results that demonetization helps to destroy black money is the first ranking given by the respondents and it is followed by corruption, terrorism etcen_US
