dc.description.abstractWork – Family conflict of women employees has become an important area for research. The days are gone when men was considered the sole breadwinner, in today’s world where both men and women are equally sharing the responsibility of family life, the burden and stress for women have considered to a great extent. This paper examines the multivariate relationship between work and family conflict and suggestions measures to balance among women police in Coimbatore City. A sample of 400 women police working in Coimbatore where selected using convenient sampling technique for data collection and relevant statistical tools were used to analyse the collected data.en_US
