Item A CONCEPTUAL STUDY ON SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP APPROACH(Purakala, 2020-05) Vidyakala K; Jayapradha PLeaders are the key human asset in any management. We commonly think of organizations challenging by methods for their items, but they almost certainly compete more by methods for their leaders than their items. To get the work ready by the employees, the management must storeplan for the group of work achievement through leadership. The study analyzes the idea of situational initiative and its characteristics. Next is to dissect the growth of development stages of employees in the situational initiative. The study concluded that leadership ability can be learned, acceptable and prompts pleased workers which over the long haul prompts an organization's wealth, and this approach would be useful for each organization as it causes the leaders to accomplish the objective inside the given time.
