Seven bacteria strains isolated from rhizospheric soil of Spathaglottisplicata.The screening and isolation of plant growth promoting bacteria was subject to confirm through the Salkowshi reagent. The pink color indicated the presence of IAA in plant growth promoting bacteria. Out of 7 bacterial isolates 3 bacterial cultures were produced high amount of auxin content.
