Abstract
Intrapreneurship is acting like an entrepreneur within an established company. It is creating a new business or venture within an organization. In recent years researchers are focusing on the significance of Intrapreneurship in the success of a company. Researchers also found that emotionally intelligent individuals have better physical, and mental health in performing organizational activities and the employees tend to develop high levels of Perceived Organisational Support (POS) when the organisation cares about their well-being and values their contributions, resulting in high level of accountability and ownership towards
organizational activities. The present study focuses on the relationship between
Intrapreneurship, Perceived Organisational Support, and Emotional Intelligence. The respondents were 104 employees working in the service sector. The questionnaire consists of thirty items which represent the theoretical constructs. The study results prove that there is association between all the three study variables and there is a strong association between Intrapreneurial behaviour and perceived organisation support.
