dc.description.abstractLean manufacturing also known as Toyota Production Systems was first introduced by Toyota. Lean manufacturing is acknowledged as Value additive Process by eliminating all wastes by Proper Process Management. Now days, almost all sectors industries are trying to implement Lean in their Organization while MSME's are struggling to implement these techniques.
