    STUDY OF BIO-INFORMATICS TOOLS AND ITS APPLICATION

    The study entitled as”Bio informatics Tools” is based on the sequence generation of DNA of various Bacterial culture using the Bio informatics Tools developed using the software like RasMol, MEGA7/5. This sequencing is done by collecting the DNA from the bacteria. The Bacteria undergoes the isolation process to verify the presence of DNA. By using the MEGA7/5 software the Phylogenetic tree is constructed with the aid of the sequenced DNA. RasMol supports in creating a 3D structure of the protein components. These settlements were done using the tools NCBI,EMBL and FASTA,BLAST. The main objective of the study was carried out with two bacteria such as E-coli (Escherchia coli) and Klebsiella pneumoniae. These bacterial culture was put to the process of isolation to generate the DNA sequence and the Phylogenetic tree was constructed further.
