This is one of the reasons to analyse the financial performance of the company. Financial statements of the company have been used as a secondary data to fulfil the needs of the study. Trend analysis and Ratio analysis are the major and traditional tools to determine the efficiency of the company. Trend analysis issued by taking particular year as base to the other several years. Efficiency ratio has been selected to ascertain the efficiency of the financial statement of the company. It is done in order to gain knowledge about the financial aspects and also to compare its financial performance over the years. Such analysis can be done with the financial statements of the company. To determine the liquidity position of the company, schedule of changes in working capital and cash flow comparison has been used as a primary tool. Accordingly, the tools have been used and the results are stated in the study and depicts the same in tables and charts
