It has been defined as the capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit. Enterprise and entrepreneurship are the drivers of economic growth in India’s rural areas. With the ongoing challenges facing traditional rural sectors, the future success of the rural economy is inextricably linked to the capacity of rural entrepreneurs to innovate, and to identify new business opportunities that create jobs and income in rural areas. A rural entrepreneur is facing many problems due to not availability of primary amenities in rural areas of developing country like India. Lack of education, financial problems, insufficient technical and conceptual ability it is too difficult for the rural entrepreneurs to establish industries in the rural areas. This paper makes an attempt to find out the Challenges and skills for the potentiality of Rural Entrepreneurship and prospects of the same to be a successful entrepreneur.Item PREDICTION OF SALES POSITIN IN PVT LTD COMPANY(International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews (IJRAR), 2019-06) M, Uma; R, RohiniSales turnover measures the number of times inventory is sold and replaced during an accounting period. The study aims to investigate the effect of working capital management components and policy towards profitability of the concern for the past 5 years. The ratio used to implement the study was sales turnover ratio. From the study sales turnover ratio of ABC Ltd for the past 5 years projected that the company covers its average cost of production by 6 times.Item PROBLEMS OF SMALL GARMENT TEXTILE UNIT IN TIRUPUR CITY(INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF CREATIVE RESEARCH THOUGHTS - IJCRT , 2018-02-01) M, Uma; R, ShijiThe Textile industry occupies an important place in the Economy of the country because of its contribution to the industrial output, employment generation and foreign exchange earnings. The objective of the study was to study the problems faced by various Small Scale Garments and to find the various measures adopted by them to overcome from their problems. These objectives was analysed with 80 respondents and with the help of Simple percentage ,ANOVA, Chi- Square,T-test. The study reveals that Garment textile units facing problems like electricity, dyeing, hike of yarn price and issues like high taxes. It is further revealed that the production capacity is very low due to lack of training, skills, experience, and low educated employees.Item A STUDY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TOWARDS USAGE OF 4G AIRTEL MOBILE WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO COIMBATORE CITY(M PARIPEX - INDIAN JOURNAL OF RESEARCH, 2018-02) R, Shiji; M, UmaThe project entitled A study on customer satisfaction towards usage of 4G Airtel Mobile Service with special reference to Coimbatore district" is carried out with an objective to determine the customers’ satisfaction. The primary objective of this study is to find out the customer satisfaction towards Bharti Airtel with special reference to Coimbatore. For distribution of questionnaire to the consumer convenience sampling method was used to select the customer and the survey was taken among those selected users. After collecting the data from the respondents it was analyzing using simple percentage method and Rank analysis.Item A STUDY ON IMPACT OF GST ON COMMON MAN WITH REFERENCE TO COIMBATORE CITY(2018-02-05) M, Uma; R, UmamaheswariGoods and Services Tax (GST) would be a comprehensive indirect Tax on manufacture, sale and consumption of goods and services throughout India, to replace taxes levied by central and state governments. It is perceived by the general public that VAT is necessary to curb tax evasion and to contribute to the National exchequer sizeable revenue. VAT compels the traders to maintain books of accounts and regular filing of returns. This study undergoes the concepts and impact of GST on common individual in his daily life schedule. Goods and Services Tax would be levied and collected at each stage of sale or purchase of goods or services based on the input tax credit method. The objective of the study was to analyse the awareness, satisfaction and problem of taxpayers towards GST. Primary Data was collected from 328 individuals who are paying tax. Percentage analysis and Chi- square analysis were used to analyse the problem and interpreted using the output in SPSS. The objective is to know why the entrepreneur prefer loan provided by government. The data is collected from the mannered questionnaire with 100 entrepreneurs. Correlation is used for to know the factor that influenced entrepreneur to approach the loan. The study aims to investigate about the inventory receivables and cash management of private ltd company. The tools used to implement the project are inventory receivables turnover ratio and cash conversion cycle. This study aims in analysing the problems faced by entrepreneurs during availing loans, provided by central government through banks. The objective mainly focuses on the entrepreneurs who are in the start-up stage in the new venture and who are in the requirement of financial assistance. The data required for the study is collected through structured questionnaire. The main objective of the study is to identify the trust factors of customers relating to e-commerce and satisfactory level of customers towards e-commerce. The study suggests that the service providers should extend these services in all kinds of cities as far as possible. Even make the COD options available for the semi-urban and rural people for small individual and parcels.
