    In India organised retail sector is one of the most dynamic and fast-paced industry, mainly due to the entry of several new players. With a large number of new entrants in the industry, achieving success and maintaining the same is not an easy task. Store loyalty plays an important role in retail business success. However, how a retail store develops and maintains its consumer loyalty towards the store is still an open question. Only less marketing effort and resource is required to sustain a loyal customer, than to acquire a new customer. Hence retailers are interested in understanding the factors that drive customers to be loyal towards a retail store. The study aims at understanding the consumer’s preference in organised retail formats and also determines the various factors that influence consumer loyalty towards an organised retail store.

    Retailing in India is gaining attention like never before. Organized retailing especially is creating fondness amongst Indian consumers drawing them into malls and trade areas in huge numbers. The current retailing industry continues to experience tremendous expansion; it is clearly evident that this growth has led to the increase in number of retail stores. In this scenario, it is necessary to study the consumers’ buying behaviour and store loyalty towards organized retail store. This study attempts to examine the effect of demographic factors on the factors that affect consumer’s loyalty towards organized retail stores.

    A CONCEPTUAL STUDY ABOUT PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES FACED BY WOMEN FARMERS IN INDIA

    India is a developing country. India’s main occupation is agriculture, because 70% of the population is involved in this occupation. Agriculture is an engine of growth and poverty reduction in developing countries. Many women in developing countries are occupied in agriculture. Women play a significant role in agricultural development and allied activities including main crop production, live-stock production, horticulture, post-harvesting operations etc. Women farmers do not have equal access to productive resources and this significantly limits their potential in enhancing productivity. Obstacles faced by rural women in terms of limited access to productive resources (Land, Credit, Inputs, Transport, Extension Services, Storage and Technical Assistance) prevent them from adopting new technologies or encoring them economies of scale.

This study deals with overcoming this limited battery using compressive sensing and PEGASIS protocol and to overcome the problem of battery power limitation this study proposes a compressive sensing PEGASIS based algorithm for efficient handling of the network without network breakages
